 To encourage your learning with safe limits, I feel curious how to integrate the ideas from last year to this year. I feel love for the learning I did with people last year. I am curious about how I needed to update the links for the heart health apps that I used last year in my blog post Social Determinants of Health. The links help to evaluate how well the heart health apps work with social determinants of health to follow up with new learning opportunities for heart health. Social determinants of health is slightly misleading phrase when people are individuals first and the processes of health care are determined both by actual learning experience of the individual and the group decisions that form health. The most immediate challenge is that the social determinants of health webinar and blog post that I made did not have the learning processes important to ongoing learning with the people who ran the webinar for healthy people 2030I decided to start new mental health strategies this year based on older data tables because the blog posts were based on webinars that the people themselves were no longer active with those strategies. The blog post helped me to sum up the mental health strategies I had found helpful with a process map of all the blog posts. I enjoyed learning with Microsoft AI with structured group learning opportunities yet the group learning opportunities shifted dramatically with the political, legal and mental health groups I interact with.

 This blog post is subject to change and update with the learning flows of love. To discuss and share experiences of coping strategies important to problem solving with X, I study with Desha Baker (@BakerDesha) / X. This project began with the beginning new month of desires with Aries 2020 3/19/2020.

The Challenge of Love in Human Relationships

Love feelings may develop with courageous acts of connection. From the Welcome Team Guide by Dynamic Catholic, I am reminded to seek “the will of God.” That means asking not just “What do I want?” but “Where is love leading me?” and “What matters to you and why?” These questions open the door to compassionate care communication, where courage meets curiosity and emotional connection becomes possible.

  To study how to improve mental health care with each other, I wish to encourage public education, partnerships and eLearning with Mental Health America. I wish to help and facilitate Nurturing Belonging, Emotional Well-being, and Safety in a New School Year. I encourage participation and feel appreciation for kind sharing. I wish to help people to feel safe and respect culturally diverse backgrounds of our communities. I learn the importance of community love with relationships to support making life work for everyone. Trauma may show up differently with each individual and we may learn how to talk through any signs of negativity with a curious mindset. I feel encouraged to hold space of compassion with kind demeanor with this blog post. If more than one person has a similar concern, peer support groups with friends checking in on friends with resources may help.

   I feel thankful with respect for learning together with the new school year to improve health results. I learned how different pathways are based on people. Learning from mental health screenings may help to identify important mental health needs of our communities I learned how pairing mental health screenings with Self Monitoring Blood Pressure programs may encourage awareness. Digital interventions with AI assistant may change thinking traps. Changing Thoughts with an AI Assistant – Mental Health America if want to support yourself and others if struggling with negative thoughts about access to resources.  I feel encouraged to learn with mental health screenings paired with self-monitoring blood pressure program in public parks where creative sculpture is already happening and encourage paced walking exercise with Move More campaign with learning opportunities for interactions with blog posts, X posts and email. Because of youth vulnerabilities, I would want to make sure safety protections are in place for youth leadership with creative arts activities. AI art could be developed about safety with creative arts activities for public parks and encourage learning with schools close to parks how to develop activities with youth.  With societal fragmentation feeling similar to Groundhog's Day, I learned the importance to reconnect people to crisis care with social support for long term stability with continuous follow up. Challenge of fragmentation is unity that meets everyone's needs. I have learned the importance of understanding how we have different focus areas that need respect and with learning what we respect, we may learn how to improve our evaluation of what is important. We may cocreate to build stronger mental health ecosystems with

  At the Brackett Library in Indian River County, Florida, I discovered 10 books to roar into creativity to evaluate healthy goals and achieve health results with our seasonal structure of learning love with each other. I learned the importance of a new book on creative learning with Neurobics : create your own brain training program / puzzles. To develop a neurobics brain training program, I learn the importance of spatial intelligence to understand and develop how our brainwaves connect to life. Visual information from eyes optic nerves support spatial awareness with developing perceptions with memory with communication to maintain body balance with control of body movements with evaluation of patterns with reading, writing, calculation in relation to size and location of objects in immediate surroundings to plan future actions with learning processes of educational performance. We may mind map these learning processes, creating mazes to evaluate our learning to improve our educational performance and form these mazes into a neurobic brain training program to meet our needs. With reading, we may imagine how mazes may form into different puzzles to exercise brain waves to build mental muscle, minds capable of light, hard and feel the burn levels of effort. The feng shui elements may balance green, yellow, blue to support red. Yellow may merge with red to form orange and blue may merge with red to form purple. With different views of God, we may feel different about how God connects to Christmas. I have learned the importance of God being the loving social energies of Christmas with the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ with divine gifts of love. I learned from A Christmas Carol the idea to heal Christmas pasts with renewed kindness. I have learned how the social loving energies of Christmas offer ways to heal sin with kindness with the divine gifts of love possible when everyone celebrates Christmas. Since Christmas is a federal holiday we may learn how to be kind to everyone. The winter solstice birth of new spring light in the heart of winter is true for everyone in the northern hemisphere. The story of Jesus Christ is one of birth and rebirth with the renewing powers of forgiveness, kindness with compassion for all.
